Welcome to the Homepage of the Cooperative Federal-State
Maize Breeding Project located on the Iowa State University Campus in Ames,
IA
The Cooperative Federal-State Maize Breeding Project has
been in existence on the Iowa State University Campus since 1922.
All project members are housed in the ISU Department of Agronomy.
The Cooperative Federal-State Maize Breeding Project is
a combination of USDA-ARS scientists and scientists in the Department
of Agronomy, Iowa State University. The ISU Corn Breeder's are all members
of the Raymond F. Baker Center for Plant Breeding.
The purpose of this page is to provide information about
our research in maize breeding and genetics. The page is constantly
evolving. Please let us know if you cannot find what you are looking
for.
